1. Most of jobs are 17.5% VAT must be added to the cost of all removal costs and surcharges. Storage charges are not liable to VAT.


2. Sometimes we don’t chare VAT the company pays the cost as special offer , ask for details or if you have just couple of boxes we can arrange a discount .
3. There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments (when you entre the next half an hour you will be charged)
4. Extra fuel charges apply when travelling outside the M25 we charge 1.20 per miles
5. There is a minimum charge of £51.00 (per half tone) for goods going to the tip.
6. Congestion charge: payment of £8 required if travelling through the congestion charge.
7. Parking arrangement: is the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of that Any parking fines incurred will be added to the cost of the final bill.
8. Securing Booking: Debit or Credit card details are required to secure a booking; the rest will be played on completion of the move by debit card, credit card or cash.
   If your belongings exceed half load of lutton van (3.5 tone) is not man and van service we will charge extra
9. If the good which are described in the inventory are more than described on the inventory we have the right to change the quotation
10. Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays, we do not offer discounts for lateness especially moving inside London.
11. It is the client’s responsibility to be present at all addresses concerned throughout the moving process.
12. We reserve the right to refuse, cease or stop the job at any point if our staffs are abused - verbally or otherwise.
13. If you postpone or cancel after your booking is confirmed (and card details provided) you will be charged between 30% and 50% depend on booking day. If you cancel within 24 hours of the move start time you will be charged the cost of the job in full.
